Neuric is a business tool. Our customer is the company that runs a workspace; the people using the app are that company's staff. This page describes what we hold, why we hold it, and who else processes it.
What we collect
- Account information
- Your name, email address, optional profile picture, and which workspaces you belong to. Used to sign you in and to show teammates who replied to what.
- Conversation content
- The customer support conversations in your workspace — messages, any photos or files attached to them, and details about the customer your workspace has recorded. This is your company's data; we process it to run the service on your behalf.
- Device information
- A push notification token for each device you sign in on, so we can notify you when a conversation needs you. Signing out removes it.
- Diagnostics
- When the app crashes or errors, we receive the stack trace and the sequence of actions leading to it. This is configured to exclude personally identifying information, and it does not include message content.
What we don't do
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell your data or your customers' data. There is no advertising in Neuric, and no advertising or analytics SDK in the app.
Who else processes it
We use these subprocessors to deliver the service:
- Railway — application hosting and the database where your workspace data lives.
- OpenAI — generates the AI agent's replies and the search index over your knowledge base. Conversation text is sent to produce a reply.
- Voyage AI — ranks knowledge base passages for relevance.
- Ably — delivers messages to open app sessions in real time.
- Apple — delivers push notifications to iOS devices.
- Sentry — receives crash and error reports. Hosted in the EU.
How long we keep it
Workspace data is kept for as long as the workspace exists. When a workspace is deleted, its conversations, contacts and knowledge base are deleted with it. Diagnostic reports expire on their own within 90 days.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to how it is processed. For data inside a workspace, the company that runs the workspace is the controller and we act on its instructions — ask them first, or write to us and we will route it. You can erase your own account from the account deletion page.
